Andrew was great. We thought it would be a straightforward A/C installation but it turned out we couldn’t use the old line set because it had a leak. I really appreciate how thorough he was. His alternative solution looks terrific and I was very pleased how he communicated throughout the process. This guy really knows what he’s doing. Also, his pricing was incredibly reasonable, beating the big companies by thousands of dollars. Don’t hesitate to use this guy, you will not be disappointed!

I recently hired Narol Heating & Cooling LLC to install a mini-split system and heat pump.Andrii was extremely detail-oriented and took great pride in his work. He worked incredibly hard throughout the project, even on days when temperatures reached 90 degrees while he was spending hours working in the attic. His dedication and work ethic were impressive.He was always courteous and respectful, knocking before entering the house each time and making sure we were comfortable with the work being done. He took extra care to keep the work area clean, minimized any mess, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself at the end of each day.What stood out most was his communication. Andrii was very communicative throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and being upfront about costs, timelines, and expectations. Andrii installed a new heat pump and air handler at my house. He did an excellent job. Communicated well. There was a problem with the thermostat having an old version of firmware that took a while to resolve he figured it out. Highly recommended.

Huge shoutout to Narol Heating and Cooling, and especially their tech, Andrey! Andrey is an absolute legendhe actually managed to wrestle a compressor warranty out of the manufacturer, which Im pretty sure requires superpowers. Not only did he save my wallet, but he was also super flexible with both scheduling and payments when life got hectic. Its rare to find a company that treats you like a human being instead of just a invoice. If you want AC service without the usual headaches, these are your guys. 5 stars all day!
