Tim was affordable and honest. He was courteous and respectful. He installed the main components of my dream bathroom makeover (vinyl flooring, new toilet, countertops and a free standing tub). The plumbing had to be relocated and was done by a plumber. I did the painting and the finish details after these photos. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some problems along the way, which is why it was a 4-start experience for me. Tim is a good guy who resolved the issues.

Tim and his helper did an excellent job. They put together a 10x13 louvered pergola I purchased. They were very communicative. Their quote was very reasonable and fair. They showed up and went right to work and completed the job within the timeframe given.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are priced by the job rather than by the hour. Final pricing depends on the scope, site conditions, access, materials, and finish level. I’m happy to review photos and project details first, and when needed I’ll schedule an onsite look before providing a clear estimate. If the scope changes or unexpected conditions come up, I discuss them with you before any additional work is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by learning what you want done, your location, timeline, and any ideas or photos you already have. From there I can determine whether we can start with photos and details or if an onsite visit makes more sense. Once the scope is clear, I go over the work and pricing with you before getting started. During the project I keep communication open, work through details as they come up, and make sure the finished work is something both the homeowner and I can feel good about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of hands-on construction experience along with two years of construction-trades training. My experience includes residential remodeling, bathrooms, tile and custom showers, kitchens, decks, carpentry, ADUs, and larger renovation projects. A lot of what makes a good builder comes from years of actually solving problems in the field, and I bring that experience to every project.
