What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Injury Cases - Usually it's a 1/3 of the gross recovery of any case on a contingency fee basis which means no recovery / no fee. Criminal Defense Cases- The Rules of Professional Conduct do not allow any Washington attorney to represent accused defendants on a contingency fee basis. My fees are reasonable and I offer payment plans should someone need it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure that any new client understands the nature of their case and any implications they should be aware of. The last question that I ask any client after a consultation is " Are there any questions you have?"
