Cindy was simply wonderful in her professionalism and care for my golden retriever's recent grooming. My pup had experienced a high amount of anxiety at groomers following an intensive surgery that resulted in her admission to a veterinary clinic for several days. Due to this anxiety, we had been unable to successfully complete a grooming appointment. Cindy prepared for our appointment initially by obtaining this history and getting a context around our specific needs and concerns. Cindy arrived prepared to support my pup and her gentle and kind demeanor put my anxious dog at more ease. Cindy took great care of my pup during her appointment and she emerged looking polished and happy. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience and absolutely will be booking with All Fur in the future.
