We contacted Eddie about an electrical issue because of his high rating. He responded promptly, and we scheduled a service call. When he arrived (right on time), he quickly diagnosed the issue. In the process, he uncovered several other problems. He informed me about the issues and made it clear that it was up to me if I wanted to address them; no pressure at all.
We recognized the need for the changes, especially given the potential safety issues. Eddie then worked diligently to complete the work in about four hours. His work on the outlets was excellent and solved the usability and safety issues. He also added an outlet above our fireplace mantle so we wouldn’t have to use an extension cord. If we need an electrician again, I won’t hesitate to contact Eddie.
As I didn’t have time to get other bids, I can’t speak to his charge for the work relative to other electricians. We needed our garage refrigerator and freezer working as soon as possible. I do know that costs for skilled professionals have gone up and up.

I contacted the company on Tuesday, and ended up speaking to Eddie. He told me he could come by on Wednesday to take care of the job. We set up a time He ended up calling me on Wednesday, and said he could come by earlier if that would work. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and worked as expected.
