- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can reach us by phone or schedule online for fast and convenient service. We provide upfront flat rate pricing and walk you through heating, cooling, and electrical options such as system upgrades, energy efficient replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. For urgent needs, we also offer 24/7 emergency HVAC repair with an on call technician. Quotes on equipment replacements and additions are always free, as well as quotes on EV charger installations, generator installations, and panel swaps or upgrades. Once the job is scheduled, our expert team, whether it is an HVAC installer, service technician, or residential electrician depending on the scope of work, arrives on time, explains the process clearly, and completes all work to code. After installation or repair is complete, we review everything with you, answer any questions, and provide support for future maintenance or additional projects.

Miller’s Heating & Air has been serving homeowners in the Vancouver WA and Portland metro area since 1947, starting with heating and cooling installation and repair. Over the years we expanded into full HVAC service and residential electrical work including EV charger installations, generator installs, and panel upgrades.
