Came over to look at the project, said he would come back with a quote. A week passed and I reached out to him to send over any information, or even just to touch base to give me an update, and no response. I don't care how busy business is, poor communication is a sign of a poor contractor.Apr 30, 2018Verified

Deck or Porch Repair
James was prompt, his price was fair and the work was performed well and on time. James went out of his way to accommodate the need to have my new stairs operational in time for an appliance delivery in two weeks. He also managed to do this without compromising the quality of the work, returning after the delivery to complete the railings, kick boards and fascia. I would not hesitate to use JP Remodeling and Construction for future home projects.Jul 2, 2019Verified
