- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation to discuss scope of work, then a meeting to take measurements, pictures, and assess the job site. We then prepare an Estimate of work and send it via email.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After military service I started working with my step-dad in the flooring business he had. Spent 20+ years learning from the National Wood Flooring Association through education conferences all over the United States.
