Joel was great to work with. Very responsive, quote for work (installing a toilet, haul away old) was very reasonable.
Offered time windows to choose from - only a day or two out. Starting the work, Joel gave me a time estimate (40 minutes - including cleanup) and it was right on. Not saying that you can’t have issues that make a job take a little longer, but the “including cleanup” was the part I appreciated. Also, tells me he’s done this a lot.
Toilet went in. Looks and functions great.
We tried Joel on one of 4 toilets for our house, we’re going to have him back to do the other three as soon as they deliver.
Reliable plumber, good rates and a day or two out…not losing this contact!

Joel came over promptly and was efficient and straightforward about my dryer’s needs. It was fixed quickly. He also made time to do a dryer cleaning despite his busy schedule. Additionally, he was accommodating of my schedule which I appreciate. Would recommend and will definitely reach out to him for other needs. He was also nice to my cat 😁

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is firm and depending on the project, you may be given a higher rate if the job you've requested does not match the work that needs to be done or requires additional steps or materials, but this will always be discussed before confirming the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to stay in contact via the Thumbtack platform directly. If we decided to do future work, we can do so directly via text and/or e-mail. Pictures are always helpful as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had no certificated or formal training related to the work I do, but all tasks I offer I've had hands-on experience with.
