Atlas Flooring was excellent! I tend to be a do-it-yourselfer for everything, sometimes to my own dentriment. I didn’t have time to but my floors in before my tenants were due to move in. Dax was very responsive. He gave me a very reasonable estimate within days of my initial inquiry. It included removing and replacing the trim, some subfloor work, stairs and treads, and adding underlayment. I explained I had a deadline that had to be met. His installers, Alex and Alex, met and beat the deadline. They did an exceptional job and I was very pleased with the final work. They exceeded my expectations and did a way better job than I would have done in a million years.

We recently worked with Dax and the team from Atlas Flooring to have our living room carpet replaced and our experience was incredible. In the days leading up we had our hardwood floors refinished and Dax was super flexible with scheduling the install. On the day of install the team arrived on time, was polite and professional. They put down a covering to protect our new hardwood floors which was much appreciated. The best part of all, after the team finished installing the carpet, Dax offered to help my husband move our big couch back into place!

Atlas responded immediately with an on-site visit and a detailed bid, explaining some baseboard options for our new LVP install that we hadn't considered. They were great about working with our schedule, and even offered very short lead time if needed for upcoming family celebration. Installer had top quality tools, was very experienced, and pleasant to have in our home. We are in an old farmhouse where nothing is square nor level and he knew techniques to make it look good and be durable. They did 4 spaces for us. Supervisor arrived at beginning of project, called throughout the day, and another on-site inspection days after the install for payment. We will call them for our next rooms of flooring and recommended to neighbor and relatives.
