I cannot recommend this flooring professional highly enough! I had an urgent request to remove old carpet, the particleboard subfloor, and countless staples underneath, all needing to be completed in a single day and he accepted the job on incredibly short notice. He was exceptionally professional and clearly highly skilled. The removal process was meticulous, resulting in a nice and clean job. The floor was left perfectly prepped and ready for the new hardwood installation. The service was efficient, timely, and the quality of work was impeccable. If you need flooring prep done right, look no further. Before and after photos attached for reference.

Very professional and did an outstanding job on our floor. Excellent quality of work and has a great work ethic. He went above and beyond what was expected. I would hire Diplomat Flooring over and over again. I can’t say enough about the work that he did. My wife and I were blown away with how great our floor turned out and how responsive he was to all our concerns. Will definitely hire again for any other flooring needs we have.

We strongly recommend Rodi for his excellent work. He’s very responsive and professional. He offered really reasonable price and make it by the sqft to make it easier for me since I don’t have the exact measurements. And close to the date, I had to make a last minute adjustment on the start date/time and Rodi has been so kind to accommodate us. He came early, finish the job fast and even help clean up the job site which isn’t included in the original quote. The floor is beautiful and I’m so happy. We have another job for Rodi soon and I’m really keen on working with him again.
