- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on each project, it depends on what is required and the involvement in terms of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk on the phone ... it is very important for us to understand what the customer needs are before advising them or charging them for a site visit. 2. We recommend a site visit, we do charge for our visits and it is dependent on where our clients are located and the type of project (interior or architectural). Our site visits fees start at $150 per visit and are non-refundable. 3. We give our clients an estimate and an agreement of our service prior to commencing any work. This applies to commercial and residential projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in art & design, bachelors in architectural interiors and MArch masters in architecture.
