Our experience with Rich was above and beyond. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.He promptly responded to our initial inquiry and came to the hospital after hours to help us with our dad's will.We ran into a snag with security at the hospital but Rich didn't give up and leave. He stuck around for an extra hour to make sure we got every thing we needed finalized for my dad.Very kind and professional. Thank you so much.
