- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing my dad taught me about business is to keep things affordable for all clients, I provide this service because I enjoy this line of work so the price is negotiable depending on the issue and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with finding out what the use of the computer is for and any system information like Operating System and age of the device to attempt to discover any software issues that may not seem apparent from first glance so I can provide the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have participated in four years of computer repair and maintenance classes in high school and several college classes through Macomb Community College. Also I have worked in a small computer repair business located in St Clair county which I had reached a manager position in less than a month.
