Introduction: After spending countless hours building and rebuilding my own computers I moved on to helping friends and family out of my family's small business. I have worked in customer service industry for the past 10 years starting from the age of 15. During that time I have worked in multiple repair stores and even helped others build their own PC over the phone and through video chat. Ever since I was a child I was always entranced by the concept of technology and computers. Since then I have spent countless hours in school and out tinkering, optimizing, repairing and building computers in my free time. They always say when you're doing what you love it isn't work!

I recently brought in an older laptop that I thought was having temperature issues. After Joseph patiently ran some diagnosictis we finally got to the route of the problem. He was very good at explaining the many things it could be and we started with the first couple easy steps to alleviate the problem, and I couldn't be happier

Joe helped me to install a new GPU when I was too nervous to even open it up. Not only did he walk me through the process and explain everything he was doing along the way, but he also took the time to answer any questions I had about the inner workings of my build, as well as dusting/cleaning the interior while it was opened up. Upon starting it all back up, everything ran smoothly, and at a more reasonable temperature as well. Thanks Joe!

I have had nothing but great service from the worker named Joseph. He really cared and took his time not only for a few hours but for a few days to explain to me every little aspect on putting my computer. Joseph even video chatted with me and put up with my ignorance on PC's. He was also very well versed with installation of memory and booting up my computer to get the necessary things on it. He went above and beyond and I feel like set a standard for customer service.

One thing my dad taught me about business is to keep things affordable for all clients, I provide this service because I enjoy this line of work so the price is negotiable depending on the issue and location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with finding out what the use of the computer is for and any system information like Operating System and age of the device to attempt to discover any software issues that may not seem apparent from first glance so I can provide the best service possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have participated in four years of computer repair and maintenance classes in high school and several college classes through Macomb Community College. Also I have worked in a small computer repair business located in St Clair county which I had reached a manager position in less than a month.
