We had an incredible experience working with Dima for our media room installation of a ceiling projector and drop down screen. The level of attention to detail was impressive, and he was clearly a professional who knew all the nuances of ensuring setup was optimal for our space. The quality of work, communication, and going the extra distance to go out and purchase missing parts mid-project is all very appreciated. This was in addition to security cameras that he installed on a prior visit. I would 100% hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to hire for a project of this nature. Also a really nice guy!

We hired Dima to get our newly installed security cameras connected to our Wi-Fi, and we're sure glad we did.
Before he started connecting anything, Dima checked to make sure our Wi-Fi signal actually reached all of the camera locations. As it turned out, two of the cameras were too far away to get a reliable signal. Rather than just connecting what he could and calling it good, he sat down with us and explained several options for improving our coverage.
What we appreciated most was that Dima advised us the same way he'd advise his own parents. He wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. Instead, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option and helped us choose the solution that made the most sense for our home and budget.
After talking it through, we decided to upgrade to a mesh Wi-Fi system with a few hubs placed around the house. What a difference! Not only are all of our cameras working perfectly now, but the Wi-Fi throughout the house is better than it's ever been. Our computers, iPads, iPhones, and streaming devices all have stronger, more reliable connections.
Dima was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He explained things in plain English, showed up on time, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. It's refreshing to find someone who takes that kind of pride in his work.
We wouldn't hesitate to hire Dima again and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing help with home networking, Wi-Fi, or security cameras.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In person consultations are $99, but if you end up hiring us, that fee is waived from the final project price! Pricing depends on whether or not you already have the equipment, what tier you're looking for, and complexity/size of the project and installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you fill out the quote questionnaire, I'll be able to come out for a site visit to get a better understanding of the scope of work, and will be able to work up a quote for you on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Computer Science Technology, and have spent many years working as a Producer/Production Engineer at various music halls and venues.
