- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In person consultations are $99, but if you end up hiring us, that fee is waived from the final project price! Pricing depends on whether or not you already have the equipment, what tier you're looking for, and complexity/size of the project and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you fill out the quote questionnaire, I'll be able to come out for a site visit to get a better understanding of the scope of work, and will be able to work up a quote for you on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Computer Science Technology, and have spent many years working as a Producer/Production Engineer at various music halls and venues.
