We offer free inspections and work directly with all insurance companies so you can focus on getting life back to normal. If a situation isn’t covered or you prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer financing options to make the process easier. All pricing is based on standard Xactimate rates used throughout the restoration industry, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and built around fast support. We start with a quick 15-minute call to understand the situation and answer questions. We respond on site within 60 minutes for emergencies. If an estimate is needed, we deliver it within 24 hours. We can begin mitigation the same day and provide full repairs afterward, so you have one trusted team from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully IICRC-certified in water damage, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation. We are trained to follow industry standards for safety, moisture detection, structural drying, and contamination control. Our technicians complete ongoing education to stay current with the latest equipment and restoration techniques, ensuring every project is handled with expert care.
