FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I get a lot of requests for informational websites and shopping cart / e-commerce websites.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at the length of time they have been developing websites, their qualifications and see if you can get references from their existing client base. A lot of businesses who come to me have been dropped by their web developer or complain of slow or non-existent response. A website is a long-term and on-going commitment as they need to be refreshed periodically to be effective so be sure the developer is willing to continue the maintenance once the site is developed. Also, have an initial meeting to be sure they are willing to build a website that YOU want, with a little guidance, of course; don't let them tell you what you want based on what they think is good for your business ... you know your business best and they should be able to hear what type of website you think your business needs.
