- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes booking the shoot. After the shoot a link to a gallery with the proof images is emailed to the client. Client picks the final images they will want from the proofs so that I can finish editing them up and deliver the final images. Prints can be purchased from the gallery site or digital files can be purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person prior to the shoot to talk and get a good idea of what is expected from the shoot. If its not possible I would like to at least have a phone call and get an idea for the shoot that way. Mainly to introduce myself and get the client a little more comfortable with me before the shoot date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to educate myself all the time. Whether through workshops or reading I am continually evolving with the digital photography world. Innovate or die.
