What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are currently free of charge. When referring Abacus3 to others for bookkeeping services an automatic 10% discount will be added to your account for 6 consecutive months. Hourly rates are $75 - We are always willing to discuss fixed rates with clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with clients via phone, teams, zoom, email, or in person to determine what services are needed.
Send estimates to clients and finalize contracts if applicable.
Move forward with transfer of service or starting new outsourced services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Technical Sciences with a focus in Accounting.
