Always. I read magazines, stay current on food shows and am constantly reading on latest developments. That's how you stay fresh.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always wanted to be different. Going to college, I worked 2 restaurant jobs at a time as a cook and worked my way up to a sous chef. All in the 2 years I was in school just to make ends meet and pay tuition. By graduation day, I just knew that I've obtained all the skills I can learn from a restaurant that I want to dedicate my time to starting my own company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding receptions, personal chef and dinner parties.
