DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Literally the worst experience ever. I gave Jamie an exact picture of the cake i wanted. (yellow fondant with white lace) and the cake that was delivered was frankly NOT the cake! It was white, not even the amount of servings i ordered, and was crumpled and falling apart, when we sliced into it the whole entire sheet of frosting slid off with it. When it was delivered it was handed off in a box to a random guest, not even set up on the table. I as the bride did not even know the wrong cake was delivered until the reception. Of course it is too late to do anything then so we sliced it and fed it to our guests! but the smallest cake slices EVER because there wasnt enough. The morning after the wedding i contacted jamie and asked if there had been a mixup (i then left on my honeymoon and had no cell service for a week). From then to now its been a flurry of ignoring me flat out, lieing to me that there had been a switch with another wedding on accident and then telling me oh we just made the totally wrong cake. I demanded a full refund and she has OUT RIGHT refused. Ok, so usually when you buy a service, a product, some food.ANYTHING. If you didnt receive what you ordered you get a REFUND. A FULL refund... LONG story short. We are not having to sue her for our money. The worst "company" ever. We were SOO excited about our wedding cake, it was a real big splurge item for us as we really couldnt afford it, and then to have THIS experience. Luckily our photographer was able to take some creative shots when we cut the cake so you couldnt see how awful it was. DO NOT GET A WEDDING CAKE FROM THIS LADY.

Jaimee and her team catered for our August wedding, and both the food and service we received was wonderful! Jaimee was easy-going and pleasurable to work with; she was willing to work within our budget and very helpful in creating our wedding menu. Would highly recommend!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always. I read magazines, stay current on food shows and am constantly reading on latest developments. That's how you stay fresh.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always wanted to be different. Going to college, I worked 2 restaurant jobs at a time as a cook and worked my way up to a sous chef. All in the 2 years I was in school just to make ends meet and pay tuition. By graduation day, I just knew that I've obtained all the skills I can learn from a restaurant that I want to dedicate my time to starting my own company.

Wedding receptions, personal chef and dinner parties.
