I am very impressed with Rafael’s work. They detect the water leakage using a device, give us a transparent quote (very reasonable price). They fixed a roof leakage issue, examined my entire roof and identified another issue and fixed the 2nd issue as well with reasonable additional cost. They shoot video of the fixes and mailed a warranty to me. I felt they are very reliable and with great work down with just a few hundred dollars.

Very professional. Rafael came prepared, confident, and equipped with the right tools. Showed me where all the moisture was in the roof, sent me links to multiple videos of repairs he has done in the past so I could get an idea of what the job was. He was amongst the cheapest quotes I got, and his work so far seems to be excellent. He also sent me a video timelapse of the actual work being done on the roof.

Rafael did an awesome job in repairing our roof. He is professional, responsive, and delivers what he promised in a very timely basis. For example, he was able to check our roof 20min after my call, and got it scheduled for repair the 2nd day. This is such a time saver especially when you want your leak fixed ASAP during the rainy season.
