- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee because we are thorough and want to be fair with our prices. An hourly rate for 2 may amount to more than a flat rate when a deep cleaning is being done and we’d never want the customer to feel we were purposely lagging in our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking to the customer to establish their needs and ideally, walking through their home prior to cleaning in order to detail what will be done and In order to provide a more accurate estimate. We charge a flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience which includes very large private homes, Airbnb’s and offices. I have worked for a variety of cleaning companies a couple of which I was the supervisor or trainer.
