- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As technology leaders, we are constantly required to keep up with the latest developments that affect the Technology that businesses today need, and use, to run their businesses. This is done via partner/vendor training, seminars, books, and extensive use of our internal lab environments where we constantly work with new software.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a variety of work for our clients. The most common are: PC and Server Antivirus and Firewall protection Data Backup and Recovery Network/VPN Design and Implementation Onsite and Remote Administration and Support Proactive Network and Server Monitoring
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
