- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide discounts for clients who buy 10 sessions at a time or more. I also provide discounts for couples and larger group fitness (3 or more clients).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial 45 minute consultation to talk about past fitness experiences and to set goals. I also want to know about prior injuries or detractors from fitness so that I can set our programming around that. After that then we start work! My typical sessions are 30-45 minutes in length. We focus primarily on movement, mobility, and strength.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attend NSCA Coaches Conferences, strength clinics, and fitness workshops. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist recertification every three years requires Continuing Education Units (CEU's) every year.
