FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and comparable for the services that I offer. I include an estimated cost estimate for each area of the home that I inspect. This enables both the home seller and buyer an idea of what the associated cost are for the repairs needed to bring the home up to the current code standards. It also gives the new buyer some negotiating leverage when it comes to purchasing the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a lead or am contacted by the home seller or buyer I ask my client for the square footage area of the home to be inspected. My prices are generated from that information. Then I ask,, what their time restraints are in reference to there closing date. This is important because timing is critical especially if there closing is fast approaching. After being hired and everything is confirmed, price, date, time etc. then I simply ask for the property address and whether the listing or broker will be there to open up the residence or if i need to bring my supra key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly continuing my education through InterNachi and other sources which are a requirement of maintaining your license with the State of Wisconsin.
