Introduction: We run a full service cloud based accounting firm. Being a cloud based firm means that we utilize the latest technology to help advance our ability to provide you with the best services. Many firms around the country are set in the “old ways” of doing accounting. We are breaking free from traditional restrictive barriers, while sticking to core accounting principles, which allows us to offer a better service without increasing the charge. We set up all of our clients on a cloud accounting system (unless they already have a system in place they would like us to use). This includes bring their day-to-day accounting online so we can work on our client’s finances seamlessly. There is no downloading of software and transferring of files. Our client ‘s have full access to their financials at all times from anywhere. We also have a proprietary cloud based client management system that is designed specifically for us to communicate more effectively with our clients. Through this system our clients are able to see our progress on various projects and tasks. It also allows them to ask questions and communicate with a JETRO agent one-on-one. Utilizing cloud technology we are able to bring our clients accounting into the 21st century. This allows us to provide information in a more timely matter while also improving communication, workflow, and success for the company.
