- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the project. I have general rates available for multiple projects on my website. I am always willing to work with your budget, so prices are negotiable within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a free consultation where the goal is understanding the clients business needs and desired outcomes for the project. I then move forward to the creative process where I either build on a clients existing idea, or provide three unique concepts with an analysis for each. In the analysis I try to weigh the pros and cons from a design standpoint in relation to the clients business. At the end of the creative process I suggest the client to sleep on it, possibly ask for their peers/co-workers opinions on the three concepts. This is also the stage where I apply any critiques or changes to the design. Once we reach a final approval, we ca then take the design to the next stage whether it be supplying the final files to the client, or submitting to print.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with 5+ years of experience in design and marketing.
