FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read, look at what others are doing to be inspired, keep up with a bunch of Facebook photo share sites where we can critique each others photos.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are talking to a photographer ask them how long they have been working, ask them to show you different weddings, look at their website, picture yourself in those images, would you like to see yourself there? When you talk to them are your personalities compatible? Do you feel happy talking with them? Write a list of questions you want to ask them and never, never, never work with anyone who pressures you to sign a contract then and there. But if you feel comfortable then stop searching and do it. Why keep searching when you can feel it. It's just like when you found each other, you just know, when the images are beautiful, your personalities fit ( and this IS the most important thing) Because think about this, the cost of your photographer is important, but 30 years from now you will not be thinking about how much you spent but how beautiful your pictures are.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The amount of time, talent and energy it really takes to be everywhere you need to be during the event and then the days afterward spent editing and working on your images to show the very best of you.
