Introduction: I am an Ordained Minister through Universal LIfe Church, an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a holistic health educator. My yoga classes/sessions are for all ages, capabilities and disabilities. Private classes are developed for the individuals needs including but not limited to hatha, kundalini, vinyasa, yin, restorative, therapuetic and/or a combination of the above. I have additional training in yoga for seniors and for MS. I also offer: - Breath walk: a form of walking meditation - Reiki - health and wellness counseling - stress management techniques - Energy clearing - Officiating Weddings, blessing ways, and burials My clients are of varying ages, from children to elderly adults, from those who are healthy to those who have special needs such as autism, MS, surgical recovery, or just plain mobility and pain issues. My Reiki clients range from the young to the elderly. Reiki is a very relaxing form of energy/bodywork that leaves one feeling calm, connected, and revitalized. Health and wellness counseling/stress management is for anyone looking to improve the lifestyle choices. I am a Wisconsin I.R.I.S. approved vendor providing yoga, reiki and meditation services. Having lived with fibromyalgia for 17+ years I understand how pain can impact one's life. For me this has been a gift of "grace" as it allows me to be able to reach out to people who are also in pain whether physically, emotionally and spiritually. One of my greatest joys is helping my clients reach their goals and potentials both large and small. It is such an honor and delight when my clients come to that AHA moment. Pure magic.
