- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not officially have a standard pricing system because each business is so unique. We will tailor the price specifically for your business. The range of pricing starts anywhere from $220 and up per month. Every business will be different and our website explains pricing pretty thoroughly upfront!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we will have a consultation together. This can be done through phone call or a video call such as FaceTime or Skype. If things look favorable for working together, we will put together a proposal with the services and price. You can accept or decline. If everything looks great then all we need is a signed Engagement Letter. We always require payment upfront, and then the work begins immediately. On-boarding a new client is a bit more time-consuming, and takes a bit to gather all the information and get the accounts in order. So the first month or two will be a learning process for the both of us. Maybe some new processes for you, and for us?, learning as much as we can about your unique business, how it flows, and how we can best serve you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than many years of past experience, our formal bookkeeping-specific training has been completed through Ben Robinson's Bookeeping Business Academy. A very thorough and complete program where we learned to be a 'great' bookkeeper, market ourselves, and best serve our clients; the most important piece of our business success.
