- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my line of work due to cancer and I have immunue disorder which causes me not to be able to work in a factory. I decided to look to see what I could do from my home, I have love for animals and decided to do some serching on the internet and came across dog Boarding and I have been doing ever since. I have been in this business for about 15 years now and I love my Job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Boarding dogs in my home, and puppy daycare, I also volunteer for WAAGR.org, and Fury Bottoms which are Resue places.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I love animals and they would be in great hands I have plenty of references . Give me a try and you'll be happy. Always ask questions. Make sure you visit there home and make sure it's where you want to leave your furry friend. You don't want to be leaving your pet at someone's home that already has 5 or more dogs they are watching and expect your dog to get the attention it diserves. Here at Bed & Biscuits I do not take in more the 3 to 4 dogs at a time, that would be, my dog plus 3 others 4 total, All the dogs I ever take in are all well mannered. A well pet boarding place will have you sign papers and ask questions regarding your pets behavior if they do not then I would not leave my pet there.
