- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My hours are by appointment only Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and a phone consult is first scheduled to discuss the proceeding steps and gather more detailed information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying as a dog behavior consultant with Dognostics, studying to take my certification exam, attend regular educational seminars with well known and respected educators of dog behavior and training, webinars and read numerous recommended books by my teachers, mentors and colleagues.
