- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I price a job look at how many rooms are to be cleaned, most of the time I assume the rooms are of average size. All my cleaning quotes include the basic dusting, making of beds, vacuuming, sweeping and moping. If there is shampooing of carpets involved then I add $50 for the 1st 2 room and $10 to $7 per room after that depending on size. Because of the how time consuming washing refrigerator, oven and doing windows can be I may ask for additional money such as and extra $20 I am willing to compromise on all quotes because every job is different, every home is different and every client is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I work to the customers needs, the time and date they want the job done and if by some chance there is conflicts with scheduling I will let customer know and accommodate them
