- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up a meeting at a public or private location (whichever one you're more comfortable with) and go over my services and your goals to accurately assess both. After that, I'll tell you what needs to be done training and nutrition wise in order to achieve whatever you want to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vast amount of knowledge in studying and implementing the seven scientific principles of strength training covered by Dr. Mike Israetel. With these principles, I have been able to create extremely effective overload progressions for individuals of all strength and fitness levels. I study research from the NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) that covers the areas of strength and nutrition. I'm constantly experimenting with DUP to discover the best volume intensity assignments and ways of progression while creating a progam. I myself have been lifting weights for about 5 years and also have about 7 years of running experiance.
