FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is scope-based and transparent. Costs depend on the condition of your books, transaction volume, and how far behind things are. There are no hourly surprises, no upsells mid-project, and no long-term contracts required. Cleanup and setup work is quoted upfront, and ongoing quarterly bookkeeping is offered only when it’s a good fit. I don’t offer discounts for speed or urgency — the value comes from accuracy, structure, and reliability, not rush work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Defined scope & quote – You receive a clear outline of what will be done and what it will cost. Cleanup & system setup – Books are corrected, reconciled, and structured properly in QuickBooks. Quarterly assurance (optional) – Once things are clean, I provide quarterly bookkeeping to keep files accurate and review-ready. All work is done asynchronously — no standing meetings required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25+ years of hands-on professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, cleanup projects, and financial organization for small businesses. My expertise comes from real operational bookkeeping work, not theory — fixing messy files, building repeatable systems, and preparing books that tax professionals can rely on. Also, I am an advanced Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
