DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The absolute worst customer "service" I have ever experienced in my life. Workers showed up without any shirts on, left garbage on my lawn, did not clean up clippings, and shouted expletives to each other in front of the neighborhood children. I have written several letters and made countless phone calls, and cannot get a hold of anyone. I cannot express my absolute disgust with this company- they ruined my lawn!!

Purchased a groupon in which they were supposed to come to my home every other week for 3 months. So far they have only managed to come twice. I tried calling several times, no answer, no returned calls. This is the worst "service" I have received.

The worst customer service ever. This company does not provide a timely schedule for services, shows up late or not at all, was supposed to provide service every other week for three months and has only come twice, once in may and once the begining of june.. They will not answer phove calls or messages. When they did come they left behind big clumps of grass and missed large areas when mowing. The workers were sloppy and unprofessional. Needless to say my yard looks like a jungle and am very dissapointed in the service. Still trying to get ahold of them but they will not reply. Do not use this service.
