FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all clients flexible monthly health programs. This means that we focus on establishing a schedule for one month of training rather than just a few sessions. The reason is to increase accountability, commitment, and progress toward a healthier life!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients begin with a complimentary consultation. We spend time (1) reviewing health history and personal goals, (2) we gather measurements (e.g. weight, body fat & circumference), (3) we evaluate balance, core, strength & flexibility through a variety of assessments, and (4) we conclude with an overview of the nutrition program. Following the initial consultation, we determine a training schedule and then proceed with a corrective exercise program for the first few weeks to help overcome muscle imbalances, improve posture and enhance functional movement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
