What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system that incorporates hourly and contracted pricing based on the clients needs. What is best for the client is determined during the initial consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My normal process is a 30 minute consultation/conversation to determine their specific needs, discuss how I can or cannot assist them and what the cost impact will be there. Depending on this conversation will determine what game plan we create to resolve the issues that they are dealing with. This is also when best methods of obtaining information, communication practices and other working relationship needs are discussed and resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in working with small and medium businesses handling their bookkeeping, office management, research and project coordination in various corporate settings.
