Amy came over to discuss project and take measurements on 4/26. She said she'd have an estimate the next day. I didn't receive an estimate and patiently waited until 5/3 and left a message on her mobile phone. No reply. On 5/4, I sent a message via Thumbtack. No reply.
Update:
Amy got the estimate to me the night of 5/4 as well as some advice regarding a separate painting project.

I would highly recommend Amy and her crew for your painting needs. I needed my wood trim painted and some minor repair of the wood on my home. Amy was very knowledgeable about the different types of paints and how to repair the wood trim. Despite the cold weather, Amy kept me up to date of when the painting would be done. Her crew is efficient and hard-working. I will be using this company again for my painting needs.

We recently had the entire exterior of our home painted by 360.. They did an amazing job at a great price . The painting team was very friendly and hard working . Amy had great customer service and her response time is quick . We were very pleased with their work and customer service . Definitely recommend. We have received so many compliments on our home and appreciate their attention to detail and help with color choices .

Excellent work, I own a home that is 100+ years old with all original cabinets and trim. My husband surprised me with a kitchen makeover and I have a new modern kitchen with beautiful cabinets, trim and wall color. You would never know that my cabinets are that old. They did a fabulous job all in a day while I was at work. Cannot say enough about how impressive the staff and quality of their work! Thank you 360 Painting!!
