- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love it if we can meet up with them and show them our booth and how spacious, easy to use and professional it looks. But due to locations or timing we have done many bookings over the internet and phone too. We require a filled out contract and the deposit to start the process to book and hold their date & time. From there if they order a customized graphic or binder then we'll work on a custom design for them based upon their colors, event or theme.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner and a professional photographer by trade. As for our employees we do extensive training on the booth on how to operate, set up, tear down, and manage our booth. We also make clear our high expectations of being professional, helpful and fun with our guests, and I can honestly say that we have a wonderful staff who not only meets, but has exceeded our expectations & we know that you will love working with us all here at Treasured Moments Photo & Video Booth!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With our Photo booth we have done weddings, community events, school proms & events, graduation parties, class reunions, Christmas parties, birthdays, family reunions & more!
