Introduction: We are a professional and reliable father-and-son duo with over 25 years of combined experience in IT. The father is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and an MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) certified. He has worked in IT for over 20 years! The son has learned from his father and has been independently repairing computers since he was 14! We will travel to the customers' site up to 50 miles for a service fee of $0.50 cents per mile. If within 15 miles from Washington, IA, there will be no trip charge. All of the services we provide are for desktop computers and laptops! We offer the following: * Virus removal * Operating system installation * Installation and removal of software * Installation and removal of hardware * Repair/replace hardware * Virus protection * Custom building * Assistance with upgrading your current system I have always found tremendous joy in being able to help other people with things that they may not be as familiar with as I am. Technology, in general, is no longer optional in today's society; it is a requirement. There are still many people and businesses that are trying to stay away from modern technology for as long as they can, and most times, this is due to simply not being familiar with it; that is where I come in! Customer satisfaction, along with the smiles I see on their faces when they are able to use technology by themselves without being intimidated, is priceless.

Robert at RBW Computer Repair worked on 3 of our desktops at once. One was running slow, another needed a fresh install of Win 7, and a very old one needed photos transferred to the other two. He was able to get both machines running much better and even installed a program to eliminate all those irritating ads! ( Worth the price just for that.) We are very pleased with their performance now and we have our older photos again. Robert spent lots of time and effort through emails before we took him the computers diagnosing and advising me to try to correct the problems on my own but I am not familiar with the technology enough to do that. We found Robert to be very knowledgeable, patient and fair. His invoice estimate is what our bill totaled in the end even though he had much more time invested working on our problematic HP All in One. Very happy with it now and he has followed up with us on how it was working since we got them home. We highly recommend RBW.

Robbie was awesome! He didn't even know me and went out of his way and spent his time trying to help me out! We were successful too! After about an hour or so, he figured it out and restored my files I was missing! I was so grateful!!! He even followed up a couple days later to see if all was working well! It's great to have people like him, who are willing to spread their knowledge and time to help others. I can't say enough about how happy I am that our paths crossed on a facebook site when he was helping someone else out! Thank You again Robbie!

Laptop died and of course had never backed anything up. I was up and running BETTER than before in 24 hours! He restored everything and installed a superior Windows operating system from what I had. I had saved my old hard drive from my dead desktop which I had been told was unsalvageable. Robbie to the rescue! Priceless photos restored! Went above and beyond - surprised me with an anti-virus program installed and a repair disk if I run into similar problems. Hopefully won't need him again, but will definitely use if I do, and am already recommending him! Thank you Robbie!

I had Robbie Woods work on my slow and uncooperative NEW computer. He cleaned up unnecessary stuff I had on there and replaced Windows 10 (which was NOT working out) with Windows 7 which works GREAT. He was courteous, very quick to come and complete the work and reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any computer work!
