- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a standard fee of 25$ per dog. If there is two or more I charge 10$ for each dog (negotiable). I have some clients who are elderly and handicapped or to feeble to walk their dogs so I give a discount rate of 10$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure the fit is right, that my client feels secure with me and most of all that the there best friends (dogs/cats) trust me. I want new clients to know that I will be very trustworthy and reliable . We discuss their needs like hours and days and we come to an agreement where we all are happy. I like staying in contact with my customers by texting or leaving notes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continuing basic training and attending behavioral clinics I worked alongside a Vet while living in Texas my duties were assisting in minor surgery and wellness checks. Volunteered at local shelter as dog handler and trainer. Also started a program with the approval of shelters director and behavior director to provide weekends away at my home for dogs who have been in the shelter for a long period of time.
