At XactBalance Financial, we believe in transparent, affordable pricing with no surprises. We offer flat-rate monthly bookkeeping packages starting at $295, with pricing based on your business size, transaction volume, and specific needs.
We also provide one-time bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up services, payroll support, and individual and business tax preparation. Tax preparation fees depend on the complexity of your return.
We provide a clear quote before beginning work, so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to deliver accurate, dependable financial services at a fair price without unnecessary fees or services you don't need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to learn about your business, financial needs, and goals. We'll discuss your current bookkeeping or tax situation, identify any challenges, and determine the services that would benefit you most.
Next, we provide a customized proposal with transparent pricing. Once approved, we securely gather the necessary documents and access to your accounting software.
You'll work directly with me, not get passed around between departments. I believe communication is essential, so I'm available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure you understand your financial information throughout the process.
We work remotely with clients nationwide, making professional bookkeeping and tax services convenient and accessible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and am a Certified Bookkeeper and Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
I bring over 20 years of professional experience in business operations, financial management, accounting support, and bookkeeping, including more than 15 years in property management and real estate.
My background combines formal education with hands-on experience managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating payroll, and supporting businesses with their financial operations.
I also work with tax professionals to provide clients with coordinated bookkeeping and tax preparation services.
