- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event: Hourly rates apply, with discounts for full days and conferences. Add-on services include: Headshots, second photographer, backdrop + light, etc. -All editing included. Architectural: Images are proofed and cost is dependent on order size. -All editing included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is finding out what my client's needs are. I learn more about their business, and make sure we're a good fit. After I have a grasp on what is needed, I provide a quote. Once approved, the shoot and logistics are then planned out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm formally trained with a BA in Photography from one of the nation's best liberal arts colleges. I've been photographing professionally for over 10 years. To further my business skills, I am an active member of the Austin Professional Photographers Association. I participate in networking meetups, and most of my time on social media is in photography groups in which members discuss business, creative, and technical aspects of photography.
