- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lesson payments are paid in monthly increments. Payments must be received on or before the first lesson of each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing with new students is that we start making music right away! You have to be learning things that are not only fun, but something that you can accomplish. This is where my years of experience come in handy. I know the right way to start with a student! Confidence leads to success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree from UW Baraboo with an emphasis in music. Really though it's all my years of on the job training. Teaching, playing in bands, studio work, writing music, and the music business side of things.
