What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different hourly rates for clients to pick from: $45/hr for Student/Intern work (template websites, seo, etc) $70/hr for Associate work (design, programming, etc.) $80/hr for Advanced work (custom programming/design) $100/hr for Executive work (strategy related services)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a phone call or 2, get them an exact estimate, send a small invoice to get started and begin on the first items in the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff comes from agencies and studios and are all considered experts in their field (strategy, design, programming, marketing, etc)
