- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Last year I purchased a Windows 8 computer in order to be familiar with this new technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a dairy farmer for 39 years. I have Parkinson's and could no longer handle the physical aspects of that occupation. I have always been interested in computers and when aptitude tests pointed in that direction, I followed. have two degrees from Fox Valley Technical College. One is in Computer Support and the other is Computer Networking. This knowledge goes hand in hand toward solving problems.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of what i have done involves digitizing old media to a DVD format.
