Usually a quote is prepared with a set fee for projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask many questions to define what customer or potential customer seeks. If we can not assist them, we notify them. We also perfom a detailed analysis of customers marketing and determine what is working and define areas of improvement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seminars and latest industry conventions and trade shows are mandatory to stay proficient and up to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We many years ago saw a trend forming. Businesses were not happy with the results they received from yellow book or the local newspapers. There were alternatives to be discovered.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Website optimization, website design, infographic creartion, video marketing, mobile marketing and mobile websites.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We created a series of videos for local construction firm. The construction firm places them in their lobby and showcased the videos at local chamber of commerce meeting, tradeshows and seminars. The videos are eye catching and create lots of buzz with their market.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and take some time to figure out what you seek for your marketing projects. Never be afraid to ask a lot of questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There seems to be an abundance of marketing companies lately. These range from a family friend who does "marketing" to the guy that builds "websites". Local yellow book companies have been getting involved with online business pages and some sort of marketing. However, do you own these webpages or marketing pages they create for you? The videos and ads they create for you are not owned by you and are cookie cutter in nature. When you cancel they disappear and so does the money you invested.
