We are in the personal development market. Our old website was out of date and we had a hard time finding a qualified website designer and marketing company that answered our questions without trying to always sell us services we did not want. Beth and her team listed to our needs, offered suggestions and reviewed what type of marketing we were doing. They analyzed where we could improve. I personally think the website they designed for us was much more than a website. They designed completed website, with great articles, posts and videos. They also created guides on how to market online, how to gain customers and full marketing including graphics and videos. The entire package was delivered for us. They went above and beyond what our expectations were. A great, extensive experience was just what we needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Marcon Marketing Group. When I was contemplating a website, I had just an idea of what I wanted it to look like. I sent Beth screen shots and she went to work. What can I say, I love what she does for website design. She incorporates images, social media and great content. What else could I want...nothing. Beth was very patient with us. She was able to redesign and develop a performing website that looks good and get results. We love the work she did on salesincentivesblog.com. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Usually a quote is prepared with a set fee for projects. Every project is different and every customer is different and so our pricing is different for each project. We don't want to charge someone for something they don't need so we analyze each customers needs and goals and what we can do to help them achieve those goals. We then price the job based on what is needed and that way there is no hidden costs or confusion as to what the final cost will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask many questions to define what customer or potential customer seeks. If we can not assist them, we notify them. We also perform a detailed analysis of customers marketing and determine what is working and define areas of improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Seminars and latest industry conventions and trade shows are mandatory to stay proficient and up to date.
