How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with a love for portraiture and a desire to help people present themselves in the best possible light. Initially, I photographed friends and family, experimenting with different lighting and posing techniques. As I honed my skills, I started offering my services to local businesses. Headshot photography became a natural fit because it allows me to combine my artistic skills with my passion for helping people make a strong first impression.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a cooperative headshot project for The Outreach Team, a local company. I photographed 35 of their employees, creating professional and consistent headshots for their website and marketing materials. The project took about a week from initial consultation and planning to final delivery of the edited images. The actual shooting was done over two half-day sessions to accommodate the team’s schedules. I’m particularly fond of this project because the client was incredibly enthusiastic and collaborative, and I think the final product really elevates their professional image.
